To discover
Spring, autumn and even the mild winters of the Costa Blanca are ideal seasons to discover the larger cities, the typical Spanish villages and nature. For example, it is also a cycling region par excellence where you can cycle recreationally as well as racing or mountain biking. Hiking in the region is also extremely popular. The walking coastal route of Orihuela Costa is highly recommended. This runs from Dehesa de Campoamor to Punta Prima. You can also practice numerous water sports. Amusement and nature parks are also not far away and recommended for young and old.
Public transport
In Orihuela Costa, bus connections are a well-developed public transport system and therefore used by the residents and tourists of the different regions within the Orihuela Costa.
Important here is that the existing line route ensures that you can reach the entire territory of Orihuela Costa by bus.
Previously this was not the case. But with the growth around La Zenia Shopping Boulevard and other projects, this was definitely necessary.
Due to all those construction projects, the population has also grown considerably in the last five years.
The bus connections are drawn in two clear lines. The first line is the blue line. The second line the red.
They have one common point: Orihuela Costa Town Hall.
There is a bus stop just 100 meters away from the apartment.
Rental cars
Get the most out of your holiday and discover everything the Costa Blanca has to offer with a rental car.
A few tips:
1. Choose a small car when you go into the country. This is useful for the narrow streets in small villages.
2. Choose a strong engine if you have to go into the mountains.
3. Always check the damage on the car carefully. This prevents damage that you have not incurred from being recovered from you later.
4. Keep valuables out of sight.
5. Know where you park and avoid heavy fines.
Just a little more during the winter
