The apartment can be rented for short-term and medium-term.
Short stay
Minimum stay of 4 consecutive nights.
For short stays we charge a deposit of € 250.00 and a final cleaning + linen service of € 150.00. If no damage or theft has been identified by the key holder, the deposit will be refunded within 8 working days.
January - June

September - December
Price per night: € 95,00
Long stay
From 4 consecutive weeks.

Pets not allowed, smoking not allowed, arrival from 4 pm and departure at the latest at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed), minimum age 25 years, maximum 4 people allowed. Subletting is not allowed.
